Salary: $95,000 package + bonus
- Are you a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys managing established client partnerships while continuing to grow and develop a portfolio? Chandler Macleod is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Recruiter
to join our team, managing an existing commercial client desk across Greater Sydney.
This is a warm desk opportunity where you'll inherit established accounts and existing recruitment activity, while also being expected to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive additional revenue. You'll partner closely with clients, attend onsite meetings, and deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across a range of commercial roles. - The Opportunity
- Manage an established portfolio of commercial clients across Greater Sydney
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across your client accounts
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and onsite visits
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts
- Source, assess and place high-quality candidates across a variety of roles
- Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to offer and onboarding
- Develop talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement and networking
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Support debtor management and account administration
- Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, WHS requirements and company policies
- Proven experience in recruitment, labour hire, account management or B2B sales
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- Commercially focused with a track record of achieving recruitment and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and administrative capabilities
- Comfortable travelling between client sites across Greater Sydney
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- $95,000 package
