About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Recruiter or Account Manager to join our Commercial Industrial team, managing an established portfolio of clients across Greater Sydney.
This is a warm desk with existing client relationships and active recruitment requirements. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions while acting as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for growth.
The role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across multiple client sites. Regular travel throughout Greater Sydney will be required.
This permanent, full time role offers a salary package of $95,000 inclusive, plus the opportunity to earn up to $20,000 per annum in bonuses and commissions.
Duties
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client visits and workforce planning discussions.
- Source, screen, interview, and place quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from job brief through to offer and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and proactively network within the market.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
- Utilise internal systems and maintain accurate candidate and client records.
Skills and Experience
- Previous recruitment, account management, or business development experience.
- Experience managing client relationships in a service-driven environment.
- Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Proven capability to work within a target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised with strong administrative and database management skills.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes for clients and candidates.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel between client locations.
