What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting stock control — You’ll help keep the workshop stocked, organised, and ready to go
  • Raising purchase orders — You’ll handle POs, supplier communication, and make sure parts arrive when they’re needed
  • Backing the GM — From reports to coordination, you’ll be the GM’s trusted admin support
  • Assisting with scheduling — You’ll help keep jobs, technicians, and workflow running smoothly
  • General workshop admin — Job cards, system updates, compliance documents — you’ll keep everything sharp and accurate
  • Moving vehicles/equipment — A manual licence is highly desirable for occasional yard movement
What You Bring
  • A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked, you jump in
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle moving parts
  • Clear, confident communication
  • Solid computer skills and comfort with workshop/job management systems
  • Experience in a workshop, trades, mining or industrial environment is a bonus
  • A manual driver’s licence is highly desirable
What’s In It For You
  • Real career growth — Step into a role where your initiative is noticed and your ideas matter
  • A supportive team environment — Work with people who value teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude
  • Variety in your day — No two days look the same; you’ll stay engaged, busy, and constantly learning
  • Job stability — Join a well‑established business with consistent workflow and long‑term opportunities
  • Convenient Welshpool location — Easy access to Perth’s industrial hub with onsite support and a practical, hands‑on environment
