About the Role We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Storeperson to join our team. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supporting production requirements, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting warehouse, production, and logistics functions while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory across warehouse and production storage areas for new and processed linen.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Receive, store, pick, and distribute stock accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment to support production requirements.
  • Assist the Finance team with purchasing, inventory control, and supplier record management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Production and Logistics teams to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Safely transport goods, linen, and materials between warehouse, storage, and production areas using forklifts and company vehicles.
  • Perform routine warehouse and inventory inspections, reporting damaged stock, storage hazards, or stock discrepancies.
  • Operate forklifts, including high-reach equipment, in a safe and compliant manner.
  • Complete daily forklift safety inspections and equipment checks.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and inventory operations.
About You Essential Requirements
  • Current Australian Driver Licence.
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Demonstrated high-reach forklift experience.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a team-focused environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • MR or HR Driver Licence.
  • Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
