About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operator to support BASF’s Vegetable Seeds division during a busy contract period.
Working in a small, collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth handling and storage of goods. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently after training and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack seed orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming goods and check deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Manage and organise stock, including within cold storage rooms
- Conduct stock takes and inventory checks
- Ensure safe handling and storage of products
- Small, close-knit warehouse team
- Cold storage environment involved
- Structured training and handover provided (July–September)
- Valid forklift licence ( essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work autonomously and stay organised
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Full contract commitment is critical
- Must have valid work rights
- Strong training period provided before full responsibility
