Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our client’s team at their Parkes site.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehousing, freight handling, or forklift experience who is looking for ongoing casual work with early morning starts to work with a well-known logistics company.
Role details
- Location: Billy Mac Place, Parkes NSW
- Pay rate:$35 per hour
- Start date: ASAP ongoing casual opportunity
- Roster: Wednesday to Saturday
- Start time: Typically 4:00am - have your afternoons free!
- Hours: Minimum 4 hours per day, with potential for additional hours depending on daily and weekly operational requirements
- Duration: Ongoing casual opportunity
- Manually loading containers with small freight items
- Sorting, stacking, and organising freight
- Assisting with general warehouse operations
- Operating a forklift where licenced, assessed, and required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Following site safety procedures and manual handling requirements
- Previous warehouse, freight, logistics, or manual handling experience
- Ability to start at 4:00am and work Wednesday to Saturday
- Reliable transport to and from site
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist where required
- Current forklift licence
- 3T forklift experience or ticket
