Key Responsibilities:
Forklift High-Reach:
- Forklift license desirable as this role will include fork work
- Forklift experience highly favourable
- Operate a voice-directed picking system using a headset to receive real-time instructions.
- Safely operate a pallet rider to pick and prepare customer orders.
- Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently while maintaining accuracy and productivity targets.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, or inventory issues.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing warehouse team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current High Reach Forklift Licence.
- Previous warehouse, pick packing, voice picking, or palletising experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 20kgs (up to 8–10 hours).
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work AM shifts across a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Competitive pay rate of $43+ per hour for AM shift.
- Consistent work with a requirement to be available 5 days per week, including weekends.
