About the role
Manage tribunal cases from lodgement to completion.
Prepare submissions and coordinate hearings.
Liaise with applicants, respondents, and stakeholders to progress matters.
Provide procedural guidance (no legal advice).
Key responsibilities
- Manage and progress case files end-to-end
- Prepare correspondence, submissions, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in case management systems
- Coordinate hearing logistics (phone/video)
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Ensure compliance with legislation and procedures
- Experience in case management, administration, customer service, or property/tenancy
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office and system skills
- Ability to manage high-volume workload and deadlines
- Fast, accurate typing (approx. 60 wpm)
- Property or tenancy experience
- Tribunal, court, or government background
- Current National Police Check
- Ability to start with short onboarding timeframe
