About the Role
Chandler Macleod are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Officer to support the safe and efficient movement of personnel across regional operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while managing complex travel logistics.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate travel bookings including flights, accommodation, and vehicle hire using company systems and tools
  • Provide travel support and assistance to personnel via phone and email
  • Deliver professional and service-focused communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct auditing and reporting to identify processing errors, training opportunities, and process improvements
  • Support the broader travel team with ticket management, queue monitoring, and request processing
  • Resolve accommodation discrepancies and booking issues
  • Assist with cross-team training and operational support
  • Manage shared inboxes and travel requests efficiently
  • Participate in a rotational emergency after-hours support roster
