Chandler Macleod is partnering with a well-established business in Adelaide's inner North-West to recruit an experienced Transport Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of drivers, oversee fleet operations, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers
- Manage fleet compliance, maintenance, and safety requirements across company-owned vehicles and contractor fleets.
- Coordinate and optimise delivery schedules and routes
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with WHS and transport regulations
- Support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute transport strategies that drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes
About You
- Previous leadership experience in transport, logistics, or a similar operational environment
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Knowledge of fleet management and WHS compliance
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
