Chandler Macleod is seeking a driven Transport Manager to join our client’s business in Adelaide's inner North-West, just 10 minutes from the CBD. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient delivery of services, fleet compliance, and safety standards while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture. You’ll lead a team of drivers and work closely with the General Manager to drive operational success and deliver outstanding customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train and support drivers to build a high-performing team.
- Fleet Compliance: Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure all safety and legal requirements are met.
- Route Optimisation: Plan and monitor delivery routes to ensure efficiency and on-time performance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the team consistently delivers outstanding service to clients.
- Safety and Compliance: Monitor driver safety and address any issues promptly, maintaining WHS standards.
- Strategic Support: Work with senior leadership to implement business strategies and achieve commercial outcomes.
About You
- Experience: 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in transport or logistics.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet management, logistics systems, and WHS compliance.
- Work Style: Proactive, collaborative, and team focused.
