Rate:$75–85/hr + Super paid all hours
Roster: FIFO ex Perth – Week on/week off arrangement (8:6:7:7)
Shifts: Days/Night shift requirement
Our client, a leading Tier 1 resources organisation, is seeking experienced Specialist Trainers to join the startup phase of a strategic new iron ore operation in the Pilbara.
This is more than a training role. You'll be a key contributor in building capability, establishing standards, and helping shape workforce performance from day one.
If you've progressed from the tools into training, supervision, or operational development and enjoy mentoring others, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
We're Looking For
Experienced mining professionals who have built strong operational credibility and are passionate about developing others.
You'll ideally have experience operating and training on:
Truck Trainer
- Large-scale haul trucks
- Dozers
- Graders
- Watercarts
- Loaders
- Excavators
- Other production support equipment
- Experience as a Trainer/Assessor within open pit mining
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment:
- TAE40116 or TAE40122; or
- TAESS00015 / TAESS00019 Skill Set
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring capability
Highly Regarded
- HR Driver's Licence
- High Risk Work Licences including:
- LF
- WP
- DG
- RB
- Crane tickets
