Available Positions:
Trainer Assessor – CAT 797, 793
- 5+ years’ experience being loaded by electric rope shovel (single side, double side, self spotting)
- Cert IV Trainer and Assessor (TA16 and above)
- Excellent safety record
- Experience operating and training on Water Truck, Grader, and Dozer
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality training and assessment across multiple machine types
- Strong safety focus and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with WA1200 and Wheel Dozer 854k
- Cert IV Trainer and Assessor (TA16 and above)
- Ability to assess and upskill operators to site standards
- $85–$97 per hour + super on all hours
