Key Responsibilities
- Assisting trades personnel with maintenance and operational tasks
- Supporting workshop and production activities
- High-pressure cleaning and preparation of work areas
- Cleaning machinery, equipment, and tools
- Material handling and general labouring duties
- Waste removal and housekeeping
- Working in confined spaces as required
- Following strict safety, environmental, and quality procedures
Key Requirements
- Australian Citizen
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Previous experience as a Trade Assistant or in a heavy industrial environment
- Forklift High Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Verification of Competency for Forklift (within 6 months)
- Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years)
- Current National Police Check (within 3 months)
- Hepatitis A & B vaccinations
- White Card
Skills & Attributes
- Strong ability to follow procedures and work to strict standards
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Willingness to work day/afternoon shifts and overtime as required
