About the Role: As a Content Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality content is developed across teams and aligns with organisational objectives while meeting the needs of users.
Working closely with technical experts and stakeholders, you will create and publish engaging content across multiple channels and formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout all phases of content development, including research, scoping, consultation, review and publishing.
- Conduct research to develop technically accurate mitigation advice suitable for intended audiences.
- Create, edit and publish content across a range of channels, including:
- Technical publications
- Web content
- Social media content
- eLearning materials
- Interactive tools and resources
- Support content promotion activities, campaigns and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Ensure content is consistent, accessible, user-focused and aligned with organisational messaging.
- Strong research, technical writing and content editing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Experience developing and managing content across multiple publishing platforms.
- Understanding of content governance, accessibility and user-centred design principles.
