We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead, ERP to support a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. Working across Finance, HR and related business functions, you will lead the technical delivery of the ERP solution, ensuring successful outcomes across architecture, integrations, environments, infrastructure and data migration.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to deliver a secure, scalable and high-performing ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of the ERP implementation.
- Own and govern the overall ERP solution architecture.
- Manage technical environments, infrastructure and platform readiness.
- Lead data migration activities, ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee integrations between ERP modules and external systems.
- Establish technical standards, governance and best practices.
- Manage technical risks, issues and dependencies.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to business and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Support testing activities and ensure successful technical outcomes.
- Proven experience leading technical workstreams within large-scale ERP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, integration design and enterprise systems.
- Experience delivering data migration and system integration activities.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure and technical environments.
- Experience working across Finance, HR and Procurement functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership capabilities.
- Experience working within complex transformation programs and governance frameworks.
