About the Role
- Lead and support a team of Patient Access Officers
- Manage rostering, workflow coordination, and daily operations
- Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and performance support
- Liaise with patients and internal stakeholders
- Drive a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture
- Proven experience leading administrative or patient-facing teams
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Background in healthcare administration (hospital, clinic, GP, specialist or similar)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
- Adaptable, approachable, and passionate about team development
- Salary circa $87K + Super
- Salary packaging benefits (up to $9K plus additional meal/entertainment benefits)
- Monthly RDOs
- Additional leave benefits
- Stable full-time, onsite position in Carlton
