The Opportunity

An experienced Talent Management Officer is required to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding services within a complex, fast-paced organisation. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure high-quality appointments, strong candidate experiences, and compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job design through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs
  • Draft and post job advertisements aligned to employer branding guidelines
  • Manage recruitment workflows within an HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate background checks including Police Checks and Working With Children Checks
  • Organise pre-employment screening such as reference checks, medicals, psychometrics, and qualification verification
  • Prepare contracts and letters of offer
  • Deliver a positive and professional onboarding experience for new starters
  • Support early career and youth employment programs (e.g. trainees, graduates, work experience)
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment activities
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment within a complex or multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience using HRIS or recruitment systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong commitment to equitable, inclusive, and compliant recruitment practices
