We are seeking an experienced Systems Accountant with strong Workday Adaptive Planning expertise to support a key transformation initiative within a corporate services environment.
This role will play a critical part in both the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a financial planning system.
The Corporate Services Group delivers essential support across finance, payroll, IT, procurement, and transformation, driving strong governance, compliance, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and optimisation of Workday Adaptive Planning
- Assist with data migration, validation, and UAT processes
- Maintain system configuration, data structures, and integrity
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to deliver effective system outcomes
- Identify and drive system and process improvements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners
- Proven experience as a Systems Accountant, Financial Systems Analyst, or similar
- Strong, hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning(essential)
- Experience in system implementation, configuration, and administration
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to work across both finance and technical teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
