Are you an experienced Strata Manager looking for a fresh opportunity with flexibility, a supportive team, and a well-maintained portfolio?

We're partnering with a respected strata management company in Liverpool, NSW that is looking to add an experienced professional to their growing team.

About the RoleAs a Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata schemes, acting as the primary point of contact for owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders. You'll ensure properties are managed efficiently, legislation is adhered to, and clients receive outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a portfolio of approximately 50–80 buildings (700–900 lots), depending on your experience.
  • Building strong relationships with owners corporations and committee members.
  • Preparing for and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), committee meeting
  • Providing expert advice on strata legislation, by-laws, governance, and compliance.
  • Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and capital works with contractors and service providers.
  • Following up on action items from meetings and ensuring resolutions are implemented.
  • Working closely with internal administration and accounting teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
  • Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you'll have:
  • Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
  • A current NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence (or the appropriate licensing requirements).
  • Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
