We are seeking organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Administrators to support a range of mining operations across Western Australia.
We have opportunities available across various rosters including 5:2, 4:3 and 8:6, with both FIFO and DIDO options available.
About the Role
As a Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting site operations, ensuring all administrative functions run efficiently and effectively. Working closely with site personnel, management, and stakeholders, you will be responsible for a broad range of site-based administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating flights, rosters, and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing and maintaining reports and site documentation
- Processing purchasing requests and purchase orders
- Managing PPE ordering and stock control
- Roster management and workforce coordination
- Training scheduling, bookings, and compliance tracking
- Coordinating new employee onboarding and mobilisation
- Managing calendars and meeting schedules for site leadership
- Maintaining accurate personnel and site records
- Providing general administrative support to the site team
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous administration experience within a mining, resources, or heavy industry environment preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced site environment
- Multiple roster options: 5:2 | 4:3 and 8:6 to best suit your individual needs
