Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate flights, travel and accommodation bookings
- Manage shutdown transport and site access requirements
- Support stakeholder meetings and communications
- Assist with facilities coordination and maintenance requests
- Review work orders and manage time confirmations in SAP
- Provide PO and SES support
- Act as the key contact for supplier logistics and contractor coordination
- Previous administration, logistics or coordination experience
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 9-day fortnight roster
- Exposure to SAP scheduling, planning and procurement processes
