We are currently seeking experienced Shift Supervisors to join a new purpose-built cold storage facility in Truganina. With both AM and PM shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced and growing 3PL environment.
Available Shifts
- AM Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm
- Monday to Friday
Given the size and layout of the site, this is a highly active, hands-on leadership role, requiring you to be on your feet and engaged across operations throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse teams to achieve daily KPIs
- Manage workflow and operational efficiency across the shift
- Maintain strong safety and compliance standards
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Liaise with management and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Previous 3PL experience – non-negotiable
- Strong computer literacy(WMS experience advantageous)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment(approx. 35,000 steps per shift)
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of managing teams effectively
- Ability to pass a police check
- Previous experience working in a cold storage environment(highly regarded but not essential)
