These positions support busy operational teams and involve a combination of administration, customer service, project coordination and logistics responsibilities. Duties may include:
- Coordinating service jobs, projects and work schedules
- Preparing documentation, reports and correspondence
- Purchasing, raising purchase orders and maintaining records
- Data entry and database management (including ERP systems such as SAP)
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and site mobilisation
- Managing onboarding, inductions and compliance documentation
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting project teams with reporting, tracking and workflow administration
- General office administration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Successful candidates will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in administration, service coordination or project support
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficiency in induction systems such as Pegasus and/or Damstra or the like
- Experience using ERP or business systems such as SAP will be highly regarded
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience within industrial, engineering, construction, mining or manufacturing environments is advantageous but not essential.
