About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑driven Senior Planning Co‑ordinator to support our Tolling and Contract Manufacturing operations. This role is central to ensuring accurate planning, inventory control, SAP master data integrity, and seamless coordination across local, regional, and global stakeholders.
You will manage planning activities, oversee material and packaging requirements, maintain Recipes/BOMs, and ensure compliance with internal processes and ZD4 standards. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives on complexity, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Review production plans and adjust schedules as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across Finished Goods, intermediates, raw materials, packaging, and labels
- Coordinate with tollers, warehouse teams, managers, and regulatory stakeholders to support smooth operations
- Track production progress and ensure timelines are met
- Prioritise and distribute goods based on demand and availability
- Manage packaging and label requirements including quotations, printing, purchasing, and article setup
- Attend weekly and monthly planning meetings
- Travel occasionally within Melbourne for stocktake activities
- Determine material demand and manage replenishment from intercompany sites
- Create and maintain Recipes and Bills of Materials ensuring ZD4 compliance
- Manage inventory movements, purchase orders, and transfer orders
- Conduct annual stocktakes with Contract Manufacturers
- Prepare Outline Agreements and support purchasing processes
- Manage vendor requests and resolve purchasing issues
- Liaise with Regional and Global Business Units on product availability and timelines
- Maintain accurate SAP master data and stock levels for tolling plants
- Prepare relabelling instructions when required
- Evaluate demand shortfalls using planning tools
- Ensure SAP reflects accurate stock on hand within tolling plants
- Create Outline Agreements and coordinate approvals
- Maintain master data in alignment with local, regional, and global teams
- Raise Stock Transport Orders in/out of tolling plants
- Report manufactured/refilled Finished Goods via subcontract orders
You will bring:
- Basic SAP experience
- Previous inventory management experience
- Previous planning experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong process orientation
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
