We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 6-month contract with a WA Government organisation based in Leederville. You’ll provide expert HR and Employee Relations advice, with a strong focus on case management, workplace investigations, and performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR & ER advice to leaders and employees
- Manage end-to-end case management (investigations, misconduct, performance, fitness-for-work)
- Interpret awards, enterprise agreements, and HR policies
- Coach leaders on people management and workplace issues
- Support disciplinary processes and external claims
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner
- Strong case management & employee relations expertise (essential)
- Experience in complex or unionised environments
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Competitive hourly rate up with weekly pay
