Our Client is searching for a sharp, influential Senior Finance Business Partner to support a major mining site with high‑quality insights, tight cost control, and strong business partnering. If you love being close to operations and turning numbers into action, this role puts you right where the decisions are made.
What You’ll Do
- Budgeting & Forecasting — Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Month-End Reporting — Deliver accurate cost & capex reporting with clear variance insights
- Business Partnering — Support and challenge operational leaders with data‑driven advice
- Process Improvement — Lift reporting standards and streamline workflows
- Capex Oversight — Support capital pipeline and governance
- Operational Forecasting — Produce weekly physicals forecasts
- SOX Compliance — Maintain strong internal controls
- Financial Modelling — Build models in Excel, SAP BPC & support cost driver analysis
- Cost Culture — Develop KPIs and reporting with site leaders
- Leadership Presentations — Present monthly cost review insights
- 3–5 years’ mining industry experience(site exposure ideal)
- Degree in Accounting/Finance + CPA / CA / CMA
- Strong management accounting
