Work Type: Casual Contract (6 to 8 months) with potential permanency
An opportunity is available for a Senior Engineering Analyst to join a global leader in logistics and freight. This role sits within a high performing Planning and Engineering team focused on infrastructure, automation, and innovation across major operational facilities.
You will support multiple concurrent infrastructure and transformation projects, providing oversight, reporting, and coordination across delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight across multiple engineering and infrastructure projects
- Deliver high level project reporting to senior leadership
- Track and manage project costs, purchase orders and progress
- Conduct data analysis to support operational and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with project leads, engineers, and senior stakeholders
- Support automation and innovation initiatives across facilities
- Engineering degree required
- 10+ years experience in project based environments
- Strong project coordination or project management exposure
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
- Excellent communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholders
- Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
Working Environment
- Mascot Head Office with hybrid flexibility
- Typically 3 days onsite and 2 days from home
- Standard Monday to Friday hours
- Exposure to large scale infrastructure and automation projects
