Location: Booragoon Office with travel to Pinjarra Refinery & Huntly Mine (1–2 days per week)
Rate:$100–$130 per hour + Superannuation (Depending on Experience)
Contract Duration: 12 months with strong likelihood of extension (major project pipeline forecast over 5 years)

Join a major water infrastructure project supporting long-term mining operations in WA. This is not a Project Manager role and not a hands-on controls programming role. We are seeking a Senior Electrical, Instrumentation & Control Engineer to act as the Owner's Representative, providing technical leadership, engineering assurance and oversight of engineering consultants.

Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering degree (Washington Accord recognised)
- 10+ years' EIC engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV power systems, MCCs, VSDs and switchgear
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS and industrial communications
- Ability to review SLDs, control architectures, I/O lists and loop diagrams
- Design assurance and EPCM/consultant management experience
- Construction, commissioning and handover support experience
