Due to continued project growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing commercial team on a landmark infrastructure project.
This role will suit an experienced Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator who enjoys being involved in the full commercial lifecycle of a project, from procurement and subcontract management through to cost control, variations, claims, EOTs and commercial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to drive strong commercial outcomes while building long-term career opportunities within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subcontract procurement, package administration and contract award processes.
- Administer subcontract claims, variations, EOTs and contractual correspondence.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, cash flow projections and monthly commercial reporting.
- Assess commercial risks and identify opportunities to improve project outcomes.
- Support the preparation and management of head contract claims, variations and EOT submissions.
- Work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve commercial matters.
About You
- Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator with a head contractor.
- Strong experience across infrastructure, civil, transport, rail or commercial construction projects.
- Proven capability managing variations, claims, EOTs, contract administration and cost control.
- Exposure to commercial reporting, forecasting and project financial management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
