This is a great opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP transformation program, moving from S/4HANA on-prem to SAP RISE within a leading energy organisation.
This role is primarily Melbourne CBD (hybrid) based. Strong candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide will also be considered, with hybrid and team engagement expectations aligned to the role.
You will play a key role delivering SAP S/4HANA EHS solutions, supporting a complex, asset-intensive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP EHS (HSE lifecycle) solutions
- Configure SAP EHS within S/4HANA and support enhancements
- Support migration from S/4HANA on-prem to SAP RISE Private Cloud
- Execute testing across unit, integration and UAT phases
- Produce functional specifications, solution designs and process documentation
- Work across Finance, Procurement, EAM and Inventory streams
- Contribute to training, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
- Proven delivery of end-to-end SAP EHS transformation programs
- Strong S/4HANA experience (on-prem and RISE environments)
- Deep expertise in SAP EHS functional design and configuration
- Experience with SAP Fiori within EHS environments
- Strong understanding of cross-module integrations and enterprise landscapes
- Experience in utilities, energy or asset-intensive organisations
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to SAP mobility solutions or third-party integrations (highly regarded)
