This is a great opportunity to contribute to a large-scale SAP transformation program, moving from S/4HANA on-prem to SAP RISE within a leading energy organisation.
This role is primarily Melbourne CBD (hybrid) based. Strong candidates based in Sydney, Brisbane or Adelaide will also be considered, with hybrid and team engagement expectations aligned to the role.
You will play a key role delivering SAP EAM solutions (formerly SAP Plant Maintenance / PM) across a complex, asset-intensive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
- Design and deliver end-to-end SAP EAM (Work Management lifecycle) solutions
- Configure SAP EAM within S/4HANA, including Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Support migration from S/4HANA on-prem to SAP RISE Private Cloud
- Optimise planning and scheduling processes using Prometheus Scheduler
- Execute testing across unit, integration and UAT phases
- Produce functional specs, solution designs and process documentation
- Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Inventory and HSE streams
- Contribute to training, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement
- Proven delivery of end-to-end SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance transformations
- Strong S/4HANA experience (on-prem and RISE environments)
- Deep expertise in SAP EAM (PM) functional design and configuration
- Experience with Prometheus Scheduler and planning optimisation
- Experience with SAP Fiori within EAM environments
- Strong understanding of cross-module integrations (FI/CO, MM, Inventory)
- Experience in utilities, energy or asset-intensive organisations
- Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Exposure to maintenance mobility solutions (highly regarded)
