About the Role
We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented Resolutions Officer to join the Shared Services team. This role has opened up due to a need for extra hands in managing credit and re-bill processes. It’s a great chance to get involved in the smooth running of financial operations, work closely with internal teams and clients, and make a real impact behind the scenes.
Your main duties will include:
  • Managing and executing credit re-bill procedures efficiently within FastTrack systems
  • Investigating and reporting on root causes of errors during billing/re-billing processes
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates
  • Collaborating with others to improve policies and workflows
  • Supporting audits, reports, and process documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone who loves details, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives on teamwork.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience with FastTrack and FT360 pay/bill procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of Kizuna client and job set-up processes
  • Solid communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Experience working in a team and independently when needed
  • Comfortable using systems and Microsoft Office tools
