  • Hours: Full-time (standard business hours)

About the Role

Lead the delivery of resilience initiatives across community and organisational programs.
Drive strategies that support social diversity, inclusion, and community wellbeing.
Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and strengthen preparedness.
Enhance capability to respond effectively to disruptions and critical incidents.
Embed resilience practices across service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business continuity and resilience planning activities
  • Develop and implement resilience frameworks and community programs
  • Engage stakeholders across government and community sectors
  • Conduct scenario planning, risk assessments, and response exercises
  • Strengthen emergency preparedness and recovery capability
  • Monitor compliance with relevant policies and standards
  • Report on program outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrate experience in resilience, community development, or risk roles
  • Apply strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
  • Analyse risks and deliver practical mitigation strategies
  • Work effectively within complex or public sector environments
  • Understand social diversity and community engagement frameworks
  • Communicate clearly across diverse audiences
