About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available for 2x Recruitment Coordinators to join our team in Wetherill Park on a permanent full-time basis.
 
This is a fast-paced and people-focused role supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants. The position will see you spending a large portion of your day sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates while building strong relationships with job seekers and helping connect them with employment opportunities.
 
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a busy environment and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment. Whether you come from a customer service, administration or recruitment background, this role offers an excellent entry point into the industry with ongoing training, support and career development opportunities.
 

Duties
• Source candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate screening, phone interviews and reference checks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Manage candidate records, databases and recruitment systems
• Coordinate candidate onboarding and compliance documentation
• Support Recruitment Consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
 

Skills and Experience
• Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred, but not essential. We are keen to hear from candidates with strong administration or customer service backgrounds
• Confident, and clear communicator who enjoys speaking with people throughout the day
• Bubbly, personable and professional approach
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
