Location: Melbourne CBD
Hours: Onsite 5 days per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Contract Length: 3 months starting 17th August
About the Role
This role is responsible for delivering large-scale recruitment campaigns, partnering with stakeholders, facilitating assessment processes, conducting interviews, and ensuring recruitment activities align with best-practice, merit-based selection principles. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of fair, ethical and evidence-based hiring outcomes while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
About You
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment delivery, including conducting interviews and writing assessment reports.
- Strong understanding of best-practice selection methodologies, including merit-based selection, unbiased and evidence-based hiring decisions, and the use of Behaviourally Anchored Rating Scales (BARS).
- Experience managing volume recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, or large-scale recruitment projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate, objective notes and assessment records.
- High levels of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and deliver quality recruitment outcomes.
- Recruitment or HR experience within justice, corrections, community services, law enforcement, or similarly regulated environments.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
