About the Role
We are growing our Corporate & Professional Services division in Victoria, hiring across two pathways:
Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Own and grow a profitable white-collar recruitment desk
- Partner with clients across:
- Accounting & Finance
- Business Support
- Engineering & Technical
- Executive Search
- Drive business development, client engagement, and revenue growth
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
Graduate / Entry-Level Consultant
- Learn the full recruitment lifecycle with structured training
- Source and engage talent across professional markets
- Screen candidates, manage job ads, and coordinate interviews
- Build a strong foundation for a long-term recruitment career
What We’re Looking For
Senior Consultants:
- Proven agency recruitment experience
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Commercial mindset with a drive to succeed
Graduate / Entry-Level:
- Highly motivated, resilient, and people-focused
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or HR advantageous
