Chandler Macleod, part of the global RGF network, is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Sydney team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to start their career in recruitment and enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be supported by an experienced team while learning the full recruitment process and developing your career within a global organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and referrals
- Screen candidates and match them to suitable job opportunities
- Coordinate interviews and support the recruitment process from brief to placement
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and support client growth
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company standards
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or recruitment
is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
This role can lead to future opportunities such as Senior Consultant, Team Leader, or Management roles as you develop your recruitment career.
