We are partnering with a government organisation seeking a Recruitment Campaigns Officer to support high-volume, state-wide recruitment campaigns, particularly across frontline environments.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a fast-paced, high-performing team delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.
Working closely with Recruitment Advisors, you will support end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring processes are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, screening, interviews and onboarding
- Coordinating interviews, assessment centres and information sessions
- Providing high-quality candidate care and managing communications throughout the process
- Administering psychometric and other assessment tools
- Maintaining accurate records across recruitment systems (e.g. ATS platforms such as Avature)
- Conducting reference, compliance and pre-employment checks
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within frontline or similar environments
- Strong understanding of best practice recruitment and merit-based selection principles
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (e.g. Avature) and assessment tools such as psychometric or verbal reasoning testing (e.g. Criteria or similar)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience
- 3-month contract engagement
- CBD-based role with hybrid flexibility
- Competitive hourly rate of $55–$60 + super
