We are partnering with a government organisation seeking an experienced Recruitment Campaigns Adviser to lead high-volume, state-wide recruitment campaigns, particularly across frontline environments.
This role is suited to a strong recruitment professional who can provide strategic oversight, stakeholder partnership and end-to-end campaign delivery in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will manage and deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring best practice, compliance and strong candidate outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns for high-volume, offender-facing roles
- Partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes
- Developing and implementing campaign delivery plans, including attraction and selection strategies
- Delivering assessment centres, panel interviews and attending promotional events (e.g. career expos)
- Monitoring recruitment pipeline performance and implementing contingency strategies where needed
- Overseeing pre-employment, background and compliance checks (including medical, security and working rights)
- Managing external service providers and escalating performance issues where required
- Providing reporting, insights and updates to senior stakeholders
- Supporting and guiding junior recruitment team members
- Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong expertise in best practice recruitment and merit-based selection methodologies
- Experience designing and implementing recruitment and assessment processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes in complex environments
- Experience partnering with external providers and managing recruitment delivery performance
- Strong communication skills with a focus on both candidate experience and stakeholder engagement
- 3-month contract engagement
