This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 24 active vacancies across both white-collar and blue-collar positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality talent solutions.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements
- Manage approximately 24 active vacancies across multiple business functions
- Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates across white-collar and blue-collar disciplines
- Write and advertise engaging job ads across recruitment platforms
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment screening activities
- Previous experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ability to successfully manage a high-volume workload and multiple competing priorities
- Experience recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar professionals
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and other recruitment tools
- Previous mining, resources, engineering, construction, or industrial recruitment experience will be highly regarded
