About the role:
As the first point of contact, you will represent the business with professionalism and warmth, ensuring visitors and clients receive a positive experience. The role will also require travel to various sites to provide reception cover, so having your own reliable transport is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing front desk reception duties and greeting clients.
- Providing support across various locations when required.
- Handling enquiries with professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks.
What we’re looking for:
- Well-presented and well-spoken professional.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Previous admin experience is highly regarded.
- Must have own transport and willingness to travel between sites.
