We're seeking a Quality Advisor to join the delivery team on a major 133MW wind farm development, consisting of 17 wind turbine generators. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the construction of critical renewable energy infrastructure while working alongside experienced project, site and quality professionals.

- Mid-August start
- 6 month initial contract with strong potential to continue as the project progresses and future wind farm stages commence

You'll help drive a proactive quality culture on site, support effective implementation of the Quality Management System, and undertake a mixture of hands-on field inspections and quality documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and monitor contractor works during wind turbine and foundation construction
- Verify and track site testing, installation records and quality documentation
- Review contractor deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Complete material inspections and handovers
- Coordinate and participate in punch list walkdowns and verification of close-out activities
- Manage non-conformances and assist with quality issue resolution
- Promote quality best practice across the project team
You'll Have:
- Solid experience in a quality, construction, civil, infrastructure, energy or similar environment
- Experience conducting inspections, audits or quality compliance activities
- Strong documentation, reporting and record management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- A positive attitude and collaborative team mindset
- You must have unrestricted Australian working rights and hold a current Driver's licence
