About the Role
You’ll play a key role in coordinating property administration, managing documentation, and working closely with internal teams and customers to keep everything running on track.
What You’ll Do
- Manage property documentation, contracts, and records
- Support customers through their journey with clear, timely communication
- Track key dates and property readiness across the portfolio
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
- Liaise with internal teams, buyers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with policies and relevant legislation
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep processes moving
- Experience in property, real estate, or administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
- Commitment to working every other Saturday
