An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Legal and Conveyancing Specialist to support a major infrastructure and renewable energy project. Working within a fast paced property team, you will manage legal and transactional property matters and ensure compliance across multiple stakeholders.
This role sits within a high profile project environment with competing deadlines and complex stakeholder engagement requirements. You will play a key role in supporting land access, acquisition, and legal transactions while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, councils and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property acquisitions, disposals, easements, leases and access rights
- Review and advise on contracts for property transactions
- Coordinate land access requests and stakeholder enquiries
- Support landowner negotiations and engagement activities
- Liaise with government bodies and councils on property matters
- Ensure compliance with property management plans and legislation
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Participate in project and stakeholder meetings
- Extensive experience in property, legal management and conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks relating to property transactions
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficient across Microsoft Office and property systems
