Legal and Conveyancing Specialist
Location: Sydney CBD, with some regional travel
Work Type: 6 Months Contract

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Legal and Conveyancing Specialist to support a major infrastructure and renewable energy project. Working within a fast paced property team, you will manage legal and transactional property matters and ensure compliance across multiple stakeholders.

This role sits within a high profile project environment with competing deadlines and complex stakeholder engagement requirements. You will play a key role in supporting land access, acquisition, and legal transactions while maintaining strong relationships with landowners, councils and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property acquisitions, disposals, easements, leases and access rights
  • Review and advise on contracts for property transactions
  • Coordinate land access requests and stakeholder enquiries
  • Support landowner negotiations and engagement activities
  • Liaise with government bodies and councils on property matters
  • Ensure compliance with property management plans and legislation
  • Maintain accurate property records and documentation
  • Participate in project and stakeholder meetings
About You

  • Extensive experience in property, legal management and conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of legal frameworks relating to property transactions
  • Proven ability to manage complex workloads and competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office and property systems
