Melbourne CBD | 3-Month Contract | $65–$72 per hour + Super

We're partnering with a Victorian Government department seeking an experienced HR professional to support a high-profile workforce project.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, coordinate large-scale recruitment activities, and help drive process improvements across the business.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and coordinating high-volume recruitment activities
  • Preparing, processing and maintaining HR documentation across multiple systems including eduPay, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and MS Office
  • Building strong relationships with Directors, Managers, Executives and People Services teams
  • Providing HR support, troubleshooting and issue resolution across various business units
  • Maintaining position management records, reporting and WWCC administration
  • Reviewing HR documentation and processes with a quality and risk-focused mindset
  • Producing and maintaining accurate spreadsheets, trackers and workforce reports
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and systems
About You
  • Experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or workforce projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Previous Victorian Government or eduPay experience will be highly regarded
