An established organisation within the professional services sector is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex property and construction projects across the full project life cycle.
This role will manage projects from early briefing and approvals through to procurement, delivery, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, clearly, and with strong cost and time control.
The role suits an experienced Project Manager who understands both design and construction phases, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates with clarity in high expectation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects across the full project life cycle
- Manage briefing, approvals, procurement, and delivery phases
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Track budgets, programs, risks, and contingencies
- Prepare high quality reports, diagrams, and client presentations
- University qualification in architecture, engineering, construction management, or similar
- Circa 5 to 7+ years project management experience
- Strong communication and organisational capability
- Relationship driven and solutions focused
