Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Rate:$60 per hour + superannuation
Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of building, civil and open space capital works projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from initial planning and design through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of capital works projects
- Coordinate design development, consultants and contractors
- Prepare project scopes, cost estimates and timelines
- Lead procurement, tendering and contract management processes
- Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and reporting requirements
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards
- Demonstrated experience delivering construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong contract management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience across the full project lifecycle
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, construction, architecture or project management preferred
- Business casual work environment
