Required Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project or similar)
- Solid understanding of engineering principles relevant to the industry (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related fields)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance regulations
- Certification such as PMP or other project management credentials
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a multidisciplinary environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant project engineering experience
- Prior experience in the industry or with similar project scopes is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain any necessary security clearances or certifications
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality standards
