Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist engineering advice across civil, structural and related disciplines.
- Review and assess engineering designs, specifications, reports and technical documentation.
- Manage engineering projects and upgrade works from planning through to completion.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and professional service providers.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality outcomes and compliance requirements.
- Support procurement, contract administration and stakeholder management activities.
- Track project performance and provide regular reporting and status updates.
- Ensure engineering solutions align with relevant legislation, standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 5–7+ years' experience in engineering project delivery, asset upgrades, infrastructure, property, or capital works environments.
- Strong understanding of engineering design, project management principles and Australian standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing project priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience reviewing consultant designs, reports and technical recommendations.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

- Engineering Qualification Certificates
- Engineers Australia accreditation (required where engineering qualifications were obtained overseas)
